Returns

If you purchased or received a product directly from windeler.co and would like to return it within 14 days, we can issue you a refund. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and your request to return must be within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will not accept return requests for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. If you ordered your product directly from windeler.co and it arrived damaged or defective, you must notify us by email at contact@windeler.co and return the goods unused and in the condition in which you received them.

To return your item(s), please contact us via email at contact@windeler.co to let us know you are sending the product(s) back. We will provide our UK postage address and issue a refund upon receipt of safe delivery.

We are a UK based company so please be aware that returns will need to be sent back to our warehouse in the UK where they will be inspected before a refund can be issued.

If you purchased your product from a website other than windeler.co, please go directly to the original place of purchase.

Non UK Deliveries

We ship worldwide and use a mix of courier providers depending on destination. We aim to ship from our UK warehouse on the day of your order and aim to get it out to you as quickly as possible. For most international destinations this is usually between 5 and 7 days. UK customers should expect delivery within 3 to 5 days. For delivery issues and enquiries outside of the UK, please contact contact@windeler.co
